Douglas Dry
Pastor Doug joined FBC in January 2021 after serving congregations in Connecticut and Colorado. Doug is an effective communicator of God’s Word and loves to walk alongside others as they develop a life-long relationship with Jesus. He and his wife Beth have been married for 39 years and often serve together, leading small groups and helping couples thrive in their relationships. In their free time, Doug and Beth enjoy biking, hiking and kayaking, exploring the beauty of New England.

Melinda Parry
Melinda Parry has been working in youth ministry, mostly as a volunteer, for 40 years. She currently serves as the Judson Association Youth Leader and as the Interim Dean of the Christian Youth Conference at Ocean Park in addition to her role as Associate Pastor for Student and Family Ministry. She has been married to David for over 25 years and they have a son, Jordan, who is away at college.
